Refunds and cancellations

Last updated 30 October 2026

Bloc11 sells access to our gyms, so nothing is delivered or shipped: a pass or membership is available from the moment it is paid for, or from the start date on your invoice.

Paid by mistake

If you were charged twice, paid too much or paid for the wrong thing, tell us and we will refund the difference in full.

Day passes

A day pass that has been used is not refundable. If you bought one and could not use it, talk to the front desk.

Month and year passes

Passes start on the date of payment and are not refundable once used, unless the law requires otherwise. If you move from a Month Pass to a monthly membership, the unused days of your pass are credited towards it, and we refund anything left over. If you cannot use a pass for a medical or similar reason, email us and we will look at it fairly.

Monthly memberships

You can cancel at any time with 14 calendar days' notice. The membership ends on the last day of a month: this month if at least 14 days of it remain when you tell us, otherwise next month. Debit orders continue until then. Amounts already collected while the debit order mandate was in force, and legally owing, are not refunded.

Invoiced groups

If an invoice is wrong, or a group changes before the period starts, we correct it and either refund the difference or carry it to the next invoice, as the organisation prefers.

How refunds are paid

We refund the way you paid: card payments go back to the same card, and EFT payments to the bank account they came from. Allow up to 10 working days for it to reach you. Your bank may take longer.

Asking for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the date and amount, and the receipt or invoice number. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
